Reviews and Ratings
It had a lovely location onto an alley, although not facing Dearborn Street, providing a quieter stay. The staff was friendly and offered exceptional services, being extremely helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and cultural spots. The dining experience offered small dishes but lacked variety. The hotel was close to various restaurants, shops, and bars, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
Upon entering our room, the lack of light made it feel like a dungeon, but being in a central location has its perks. The valet attendant was nice and went above and beyond in hospitality. The surrounding area was geographically convenient, although the prevalence of homelessness was a bit uncomfortable. The dining experience had its flaws but was redeemed by a nearby cafe. The facilities offered were satisfactory, considering the price paid for the stay.
The hotel offers super clean and very affordable rooms equipped with plenty of charging docks but with occasional squealing sounds. The service is top-notch, with staff being very nice, extremely helpful in recommending nearby places, and very accommodating. The location is within walking distance of many attractions but a bit further from the city center. Dining is very nice with good value but might have some service issues. Overall, a great value for money option with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated but quite hot, feeling like a sauna. The beds were not very comfortable, and they didn't seem to be a true Queen Size. On the positive side, the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The location was fantastic, near transit options and attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially with delicious dishes served. However, the facilities lacked proper temperature control, affecting overall comfort during the stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the giant king suite with multiple rooms, but the lack of light made it feel like a dungeon. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though, making the stay somewhat ordinary. Overall, a decent experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite cold, even for the summer, but the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the view from the room was disappointing, facing a brick wall with a small window despite the promise of larger windows in the advertisements.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, although there was some noise early in the morning which is not the hotel's fault. The service was exceptional, especially in helping me retrieve a lost item. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although more dining options would have been appreciated. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious and reasonably priced meals. Great value for money.
The hotel had a quaint and comfortable room that was unfortunately not as clean as expected, with evidence of the previous guest still visible. The location was convenient, but nothing extraordinary stood out.
The hotel had quaint and comfortable rooms, although there were some cleanliness issues like hair in the shower and on the sink, and the room being too hot like a sauna. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and supportive. The location was convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The dining at Mely's restaurant across the street was necessary. Overall, the hotel was clean but dated, with very friendly staff and a convenient location.
My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable despite the hotel's location. However, the air conditioning was a bit too strong for my liking. The hotel itself is beautiful and huge, providing a very cozy ambiance.
